Really good Hotel Experience

The hotel offered really good service and a five-star experience. The employees were very friendly (especially at the reception). I found the location great, with good restaurants and cafes nearby. Valet service was both free and very convenient, which I greatly appreciated.
I noticed the adult pool sometimes had children swimming in it without staff intervention.

The employees were very friendly and respectful. Room service was very fast. The general cleanliness of the hotel was great. The spa and pool area were also fantastic (I was very impressed).
The walls seemed a little thin, and I could sometimes hear neighbors.

i enjoyed the beautiful grounds. the gym facilities are amazing and spacious. the suite was luxurious with fresh fruit left every day. i found the location convenient, though.
the minibar carried a hefty price tag at checkout. i was charged for basic items. the hotel hosted large weddings until late. the air conditioning system was faulty though, it was annoying.

The room was modern and tastefully decorated. A handwritten note accompanied a symbolic gift for tagging the hotel in social media posts (a very thoughtful touch!). The cleanliness of the rooms impressed me. I enjoyed the pool areas, ensuring I secured my desired spot by placing towels before breakfast.
There was a slight wait during peak hours at the reception desk.
